Reflection

In this course, my English teachers Mr. Hedley and Mr. Paul are preparing us for the IELTS Exam. They have given us a lot of necessary procedures to deal with the listening, the reading and the writing in useful steps. With my teachers efforts my English has become much better than it was before. In this course we did compare and contrast and writing procedure essays. We had our first progress test which I had good marks in. I hope I can do better in future.  In my point of view, this course is really interesting. Finally, I would like to thank my teachers for their teaching techniques, my classmates for their support and myself for writing this essay.

How to make butter

To make butter you will have to follow some simple procedures. If you follow it step by step you can get a fresh tasty butter.

First, you have to check the fresh milk for the quality and the fat content. Second, make sure that you leave the milk to cool. Third, you will have to separate the cream from the milk. Fourth, churn the cream. Next, drain the buttermilk from the butter. After that, place the butter in a jar. Then, wash the butter well with cold water to remove the remaining buttermilk. Next, add a small amount of salt for flavour. Then, cut the butter and wrap it with plastic. Finally, store the butter in the fridge.

In conclusion, make sure you follow these steps carefully. If you do so, you can enjoy your butter on a slice of bread.
